Lee Cherry has released 7 images as fine art prints available for purchase. Limited Edition 1/300. Essentially there are 2 sets. A series of three featuring children playing in an open fire hydrant in pre Katrina New Orleans and 4 images of Adam Lambert in the recording studio during the creation of his #1 album, Trespassing. They are available as 11×14 exhibition quality, archival prints either unframed or custom framed. A portion of the proceeds will be given to American Red Cross to help with Sandy Relief and if purchased before the end of the year, Adam will sign his prints as well. Click here to visit the store.

EP Covers for Randy Jackson’s new groups, The Canyons and Brunette

American Idol Judge, Randy Jackson has started a company called Dream Merchant 21. I have been working with 2 of his acts.  Amazing Singer/songwriter group The Canyons, and the hot new girl group, Brunette. For Brunette, I shot, retouched and designed the cover. For Canyons, I edited the photos, provided by The Canyons from the Soho House photo booth (which I thought was a pretty fabulous approach), designed the cover, and shot a ton of their recording sessions and amazing live performances. So I recently shot my friend and fellow Zodiacer, Alisan Porter and her new band consisting of Ilsey Juber and Jordan Lawhead. This project is being Executive Produced by American Idol’s Randy Jackson. They recently had music placed in a movie called “Secrets of The Mountain” and has music placed in an upcoming movie called “The Jenson Project.” It airs July 16th on NBC. My friend Adam asked me to shoot his birthday party. I had a great time doing it. Event photography is its own animal and I have newfound appreciation for it. I look forward to doing it again. Recent shoot: SYTYCD finalist, Ellenore Scott

Recently, I had the pleasure of shooting Ellenore Scott, one of the top finalists from Fox’s So You Think You Can Dance. She is a very gifted dancer and an all around awesome person. Alisan Porter’s Album and artwork.

Alisan Porter’s solo Album came out today. She asked me to make the cover art out of some self-portraits that she did. As I write this, she’s #1 on Pop and Rock-New release on CD Baby. She is an incredibly gifted human being on many levels. My wife and I were honored to have her sing at our wedding (Track 12 to be specific!)
